Ros Lobb
Great sadness
It is with very great sadness that I have to announce the death of Ros Lobb after her long and very brave battle against cancer.
Ros had a long association with DK especially socially and was an ardent and loyal supporter of DK Rugby 1st team, an ever present fan at both home and away matches; but also as a highly respected officer of the Club only recently having to give this up through ill health.
Her work as treasurer was greatly appreciated and recognised when Ros was elected as a Life Member of the club.
Her amazing sense of humour and repartee particularly when discussing the latest refereeing decisions will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
Our sincere condolences go to all her family and friends.

Ros was a true friend in every sense; always there with her intelligent advice and it was given with love and understanding. Her humorous sarcasm was a joy to behold and will be missed for ever. She was unique.
