An 80th minute equaliser by Dumebi Dumaka rescued a point for The Hamlet, although it was the least they deserved.

Gavin Rose restored Michael Chambers to the starting line-up in place of Quade Taylor, who reverted to the bench, as the only change from the midweek draw with the Metropolitan Police.

Playing into a stiff wind, Dulwich failed to take advantage of their early dominance. A fourth minute cross by Nathan Green flashed across goal with Vas Karagiannis unable to convert at the far post. Then a long ball forward to Ibra Sekajja saw him lay it off to Karagiannis, but his effort was again just wide. Sekajja also created a chance for Ashley Carew but he was unable to turn it in at the far post,

However, as the half progressed the play became more even and Preston Edwards was forced to make a fine low save to push away a shot from distance just before the half hour.

With neither side able to gain the upper hand, it seemed the game would reach half time without a goal. However, with 3 minutes to the break, the home side seized on a mistake to break forward. The ball was crossed to the far post and, as he tried to get a last ditch tackle in, Kenny Beaney was adjudged to have committed a foul. Joe Taylor duly stepped up and sent Preston Edwards the wrong way.

Half Time 1-0

With the wind at their backs, Dulwich were to dominate the second half but their finishing didn't match their approach play. Seven minutes into the half, Dumebi Dumaka spun away from his marker but fired wide when he should have at least worked Roberts in the home goal.

Dumaka and Karagiannis both saw efforts saved whilst Sekajja, Carew, Karagiannis and Dumaka had efforts that failed to hit the target when well placed.

Folkestone were content to soak up pressure for most of the half and gave a disciplined performance. However, it meant that they rarely posed an attacking threat.

Dumebi Dumaka seemed to be wrestled over in the box as he tried to get on the end of an Ashley Carew corner; but he was to grab the equaliser 10 minutes from time. Nyren Clunis skipped past Sam Beale on the right and delivered a pinpoint cross that Dumaka headed powerfully into the net,

Following the goal, Folkestone mustered one effort that flashed across goal but it was Dulwich who continued to do most of the attacking. However, other than one scramble in the box that saw a Dumaka effort blocked, they couldn't carve out any clear chances.
