The Hamlet grabbed an early lead as a mistake by the Khinda-John in the home defence lead to a corner. Dominic Vose floated it beyond the far post where Michael Chambers looped a header goalwards that was deflected over Schotteri in the home goal.

The home side then forced Dulwich back but fine defending from the back four meant that Preston Edwards remained untroubled as dangerous crosses were headed away by Chambers, Okuonghae and their colleagues.

In fact, Dulwich could easily have gone two goals ahead in the 22nd minute as Nathan Green and Dominic Vose combined on the left to get in behind the Woking defence, but Liam Nash was unable to get on the end of the cross from Vose with the goal gaping.

However, The Hamlet could easily have conceded an equaliser, and more, in the nine minutes leading up to half time. In the 36th minute, Jack Cook seemed to foul Anthony Cook but he was allowed to carry on and he released Harvey Bradbury. However, his attempt to chip the advancing Preston Edwards sailed harmlessly over the bar.

A minute later, Woking missed an even better chance as Bradbury knocked the ball down to Ferdinand who somehow missed the target from only a couple of yards out.

Dulwich still looked dangerous against a ponderous Woking central defence and Jay May just couldn't get high enough to reach a cross from Liam Nash in the 39th minute, whilst a minute the same player will be glad he was offside as he volleyed over another Nash cross from only six yards out.

Woking had another let off with two minutes until the break when Schotteri spilled a Dominc Vose shot but it fell kindly for the home defence to scramble clear, but in the last minute of the half it was dulwich who should have conceded.

A through ball found Hodge one on one with Preston Edwards but he put his effort wide of the goal.

Five minutes into the second half the home side went close again as Little smashed his effort against the outside of the post, although Preston Edwards seemed to have the effort covered if it was on target.

Nyren Clunis replaced Jay May in the 54th minute and seven minutes later Schotteri had to race from his line to clear as he was sent clear, but Woking also had a good chance to level but Kretzschmar placed his free kick too high from just outside the penalty area.

However, the home side leveled in the 71st minute, immediately after The Hamlet could have gone two goals ahead. Sanchez Ming set off on a lung busting run from half way and when his effort was blocked by Schotteri, Nyren Clunis saw his weak follow up effort cleared off the line. The ball was cleared and Michael Chambers left his header back to Edwards short allowing Bradbury through to equalise.

Kretzschmar volleyed too high in the 73rd minute before Dulwich scored the winner in the 77th minute. Substitute Iffy Allen received the ball some 35 yards from goal, advanced forwards past a couple of half hearted challenges and curled his effort around Schotteri and in off the post.

Two minutes later fellow sub Dipo Akinyemi broke clear to the right of goal and only the studs of Schotteri's boot prevented his effort finding the far corner of the net. A minute later Iffy Allen showed more trickery on the right and his driven cross just evaded Akinyemi coming in at the far post.

The home side became desperate in their efforts to find a goal and Dulwich were able to wind down the clock by keeping the ball in the Woking half for long periods and make sure there could be no chances to level.

There would be one chance for Woking as they forced a corner in the fifth minute of added time but The Hamlet defence held firm and referee blew his whistle for full time as the ball was cleared.
