Biography

Vastly-experienced defensive midfielder with more than 500 appearances in the National League and National League South. Originally on the books at Charlton Athletic, he moved to Gravesend & Northfleet (now Ebbsfleet United) in 2006, winning the FA Trophy in 2008. A move to Woking followed, where he helped them to promotion to the National League in 2012, making 276 appearances in seven seasons. He then joined Boreham Wood, becoming a club icon as captain, famously scoring the winner at AFC Bournemouth in an FA Cup fourth-round upset in 2022. Our club captain for 23-24. Aged 38.
