Highlights of Dulwich's 2-2 draw with Leiston in the Bostik League Premier Division. Dulwich arrived at Victory Road with just one win in eight against their hosts, but 38 minutes into this game it seemed that number would be doubled. After creating numerous half-chances early on, Dulwich went ahead in the 18th minute when Nyren Clunis fired home Sanchez Ming's cross. Dulwich continued to have the possession, with Rickie Hayles heading wide, before Ming got on the scoresheet, hitting in a half-volley from the edge of the box. Seemingly in control, Dulwich went into the break just one goal ahead, as a Leiston shot came off the post for Christy Finch to tap home the rebound from close range. Dulwich again controlled all the possession after the restart, but were incredibly wasteful in front of goal, with Marcus Garnham making a couple of saves, whilst Nathan Ferguson, Muhammadu Faal and Clunis all misfiring. And then as the game ticked into the second minute of injury time, an inswinging corner from Rob Eagle found the head of Joe Jefford, and the Leiston skipper planted his header home to earn the Blues a share of the spoils and continue their excellent record against the Hamlet. Dulwich will now be eyeing a first home win of the season against Tooting & Mitcham United on Bank Holiday Monday.
