Highlights of Dulwich's 6-1 pre-season friendly defeat against Whyteleafe. The Hamlet arrived at Church Road missing a whole host of first team players, and would ultimately be blown away by a pacy and exciting Leafe team. The home side were ahead as early as the 8th minute, when a short back pass from Rickie Hayles gifted Charlie Postance with an easy tap in. That lead was doubled when Marc Weatherstone failed to deal with a cross, and Postance poked on for Sam Clayton to net. Dulwich came close to pulling one back not long into the second half when Ashley Carew hit the base of the post with a free kick, before Jerry Amoo confirmed the win with a rocket of a shot from distance. Carew did get on the scoresheet with a trademark free kick, but three goals in the final six minutes confirmed a humiliating night for Gavin Rose's troops. First Daniel Ajakaiye capitalised on a mix-up between Harly Wise and Ferdinand de Sena, before Andrew Musungu thumped home a fifth from close range. The final goal was also scored by Ajakaiye, waltzing through the lacklustre defence to stroke under the goalkeeper.
