Dunkirk fell behind to an 8th minute Jack Stone header but almost instantly Dunkirk equalised as new signing Max Wright fired his new side level. By half time though Dunkirk's recent poor play had retunred once again as Tipton regained the lead through Dave Bate. Just before the break Tipton stretched thier lead further as Leigh Downing gave "the Boatmen" a mountian to climb. Although Dunkirk's young side looked alot better durning the second period Tipton once again stretched their advantage as Andy Westwood practically ended any hopes that Dunkirk had of getting back into the game. Dunkirk introduced three of their up and coming young players and things started to look better for them and in the 72nd minute Jordan Alls who had been called up from the reserves after some impressive displays popped up with a consolation goal but once again Dunkirk didnt have enough to claim anything fromn the game.
