Tycroes currently sit in the relegation zone in 11th place with two home wins so far against Crymych 42-12 and Penclawdd 14-12, 8 losses and 21 tries scored. Dunvant had to battle hard against Tycroes at Broadacre before easing away in the second half. Tycroes have had some really close fought games and nearly beat Llangennech last weekend narrowly losing 24-20. Their results do not currently reflect their efforts to win and they will certainly be looking for a home victory today. Top of the Table Dunvant won their first six games but since then have suffered a surprising three home defeats but have interspersed these with away victories at Tenby and Crymych. With Felinfoel and Gowerton hot on our heels, Dunvant, currently the league’s leading try scorers with 42 will also be seeking a much needed victory to keep us at the top. Should be another cracker for the first game of the New Year.
Don’t forget you red and green supporters- respect the Referee, respect the players, respect our opponents and enjoy the game, whatever the result. Be Loud-Be Proud
