Following relegation last weekend Dunvant will be keen to get a consolation victory over Beddau in our last home game of the season

Beddau make a first ever visit to Broadacre sitting in 3rd place behind Pontypool and Narberth. With Tata Steel only 1 point behind them but with two games in hand , Beddau will certainly be looking to take the spoils at Broadacre. They lost surprisingly 18-24 to Glynneath at home last weekend and were beaten 28-24 at Newcastle Emlyn. Prior to that they have six consecutive wins over Skewen, Narberth, Glamorgan Wanderers, Cardiff Met Newcastle Emlyn and Bedlinog. Beddau will be very much the favourite to win this one.
Dunvant were relegated at Narberth last weekend but are keen to give their loyal army of red and green supporters one last hurrah in the Championship in our final home game of the season. It has been a tough season but our boys have fought to the death in every game. We are the 6th highest points scorers in the league with 374 and 6th highest try scorers with 43. In many games we have held the lead only to see victory disappear and have not had the reward for the efforts the boys have put in. At least we can say we had a go even if we came up short and we now look forward to renewing acquaintances in Division One next season. Today should have been our last game of the season but we have a re-arranged game at Bedlinog next Saturday and our final away game is at Cardiff Met on April 29th.
Don’t forget you red and green supporters- respect the Referee, respect the players, respect our opponents and enjoy the game, whatever the result, wherever you are.
Be Loud-Be Proud
