Easington Sports GDPR Process

In line legislative changes, Easington Sports FC would like to make you aware of changes to the way we hold personal information.

Each player / parent or guardian if under 16, will be asked to take affirmative action as to whether or not they give consent for ESFC to hold information.

Personal information will be held by the Club Secretary / DPO, Treasurer and relevant team managers.

This information is need to allow:

League / player registrations to be submitted
Medical information to be shared
Subscription payments to be monitored
Updates sent out via club email
