We would like to wish Steve a successful recovery from a dislocated ankle and fractured Tibia and Fibia after a coming together with the Tytherington Rocks keeper. Some of the play from Sports was outstanding on the day and Steve was having a fine game himself and had already bagged two goals when the accident happened. The game had already had a delayed start to the second half after a Tytherington Rocks player needed medical attention as his sight had been affected. The club would like to wish Luri Esteves a speedy recovery also. Thankfully, paramedics were still at pitchside when the collision happened and were able to provide instant medical care supported by club physio Ali Whitrow. We are very grateful for their superb service on the day.
