The best way to keep up to date with Eastbourne Rugby Club

Link established with another Local School.

6 months ago By Stephen Snell

Eastbourne Rugby Football Club continues to move forward with community engagement.

On 22nd January another new link with a local secondary school established when a meeting at Willingdon Community School with Denise Leonard, the Director of Learning Physical Education and ERFC Rugby Development Ash Wigman culminated with an agreement that ERFC will deliver the curricular and extra-curricular rugby sessions each Monday within the school from the 19th February 2018.

The Willingdon School twitter account later that day tweeted,

“Great to meet Ashley from Eastbourne Rugby Club this morning. We look forward to Eastbourne Rugby Club coming in during term 4 to coach our students in lesson time and during the extra curricular club”

For Eastbourne Rugby Football Club these are exciting times as we continue to focus in reaching out to schools and clubs, in aid of promoting our club and the game itself.
