Please be advised that due to the bad weather forecast for tomorrow the venue for the South Africa Welcome Ceremony has changed to the Winter Garden, Compton Street Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN21 4BP (which is just a 5 minute walk from the Bandstand). This is in order to prioritise the comfort of the team and you, our guests.

The ceremony will be moved back by half an hour to allow for any potential guest delays so please arrive at the new venue from 11:00 to be seated by 11.30 for the Team arrival at 12 noon. The Winter Garden has the same capacity as the Bandstand so all guests will be accommodated.

Parking can still be found in local off-street parking or in local car parks.

Please advise any guests you are aware are attending in case of them missing this information. However please be re-assured that if any guests do miss this information there will be stewards at the bandstand to direct guests towards the Winter Garden, which is just a 5 minute walk from the Bandstand.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused but although the weather may be cold we know you will join us in providing the warmest of welcomes for South Africa!
