This weeks skill is the cut shot. This will be a technical session.
This weeks skill is the cut shot. This will be a technical session. Our focus will be on the foot movement required, and hitting the ball down and hard. To win play of the week will require a strong demonstration of technique, the ability to repeat the shot effectively, and then run scoring in the games/drills.
