The skill this week is bowling. The theme is co-ordination.

We will work on the gather and alignment. Getting the body in the right place, but more importantly getting the ball in the right place. We will be using the nets for all age groups. Wicketkeepers please bring your gloves, as we will be using a hard ball, and will do wicketkeeping skills as part of the bowling exercises.
