Beds for Chalons visitors still required.............
The Club needs more volunteers (we hope to avoid conscription!) to provide accommodation for our friends from Chalons for 3 nights. See more below
As most of you will be aware, our friends from Chalons will be in East Kilbride at the end of February. We expect them to arrive on Friday, February 24 and to leave on Monday, February 27.
We anticipate a party from Chalons of about 40. At the moment we only have offers of approximately 20 beds so we still need more offers of accommodation.
Please let Alasdair Offin know as soon as possible if you are able to provide accommodation in your own home and/or if you have a friend or relation who would like to support our union with Chalons by providing accommodation, joining in the week-end and maybe even visiting Chalons in 2013.
You can contact Alasdair Offin by email (akoffin@yahoo.co.uk), telephone (01355 231504 or 07531 409004), text him or simply talk to him when he is up at the club on a Thursday evening or Saturday afternoon.
