We have decided to postpone the former EKRFC players lunch, scheduled for Saturday 29 November until Sat 7 March 2015. I am sorry if this news disappoints/inconveniences you!

We think (with hindsight) a combination of factors meant that the 29th was not great timing.

So we have opted for a re-run (for want of a better description) on Saturday 7 March 2015. The 1sts will be playing Dalziel that day at home, with a 3pm kick off. So lunch timing would be a 12 noon for 1230 start. Price: £30.

We will also be entertaining our sponsors that day [it’s the last home league match of the season] so the club will be busy.

I am happy to take expressions of interest now for 7 March. There is no need for any financial contribution in advance.

And please do spread the word yourself of the revised date with any former players/members you may be in contact with and tell them not to dilly dally as numbers for the lunch will be tight.
