Back to winning ways after two defeats
East London kept up with the leaders of London 3 Essex with a 26-17 victory away at Mavericks on Saturday (4 November).
Two tries from skipper and number eight Dan Bracken, and one each from outside centre Will Brown and left wing Sean Cooper, were enough to ensure the bonus point victory. Right wing Corey Griffiths kicked three conversions.
The victory follows two defeats and ensures East London maintain fourth place in the league on 21 points, just four points behind leaders Basildon after six matches played. They are at home to third place Braintree on Saturday (11 November).
