All existing members are requested to increase their regular payments by 1 September please. Payment by Standing Order is encouraged

Players who do not increase payments to the new rates by 1 September will have to pay match fees of £8 (Gold members) or £10 (Standard members) until their payments have been increased.

For new players the first game will continue to be free.

A ‘Non-Membership’ match fee of £10 will be by exception only, agreed in advance with captains or the committee because club membership is encouraged.

Players who are paying members of the club will have priority over non-members when being considered for team selection.

Membership and match fees contributes to the following costs: training and coaching; physio; first aid supplies; training kit and equipment; playing kit; match day equipment; Rugby Football Union/Essex County Rugby Football Union subscriptions; LSRFUR (referee subscriptions); maintenance of facilities; laundry; transport for away fixtures; food.

Information Packs are being updated and will be available at the club shortly. In the meantime, should you have any questions or wish to discuss payment by Standing Order or concessionary rates, please message Club Treasurer Deborah Bird (Birdy) who will be happy to assist.

ELRFC is a great club and a great place to be a part of and your membership is important to ensure it continues to be that way! Sic Parvis Magna!
