Pre-season training for all current East London RFC members and for anyone looking to join, gets under way on Thursday 16 July at 7pm.
With East London 1st XV taking part in an enlarged Essex League 1 programme for season 2015/16, and tough level of competition expected in the Shepherd Neame Merit leagues for our other teams, fitness will be crucial.
Training sessions take place at the club in Memorial Park, Holland Road, West Ham, every Tuesday and Thursday evening during the season from 7pm.
New members are welcome. If you are interested please turn up 20 minutes before training starts and make yourself known to Head Coach Gary Pearmain.
Essex League 1 matches kick off on Saturday 19 September, with Junior Vase knockout cup matches potentially starting from Saturday 5 September.
East London RFC Director of Rugby Matt Pilkington said: "This is an exciting season for East London RFC with a new head coach, improvements to clubhouse facilities, floodlights on all of our three pitches - and Rugby World Cup 2015 taking place at the Olympic Stadium just up the road.
"This is a great time to be involved with Rugby and East London is the place to do it."
