Plans are beginning to take shape and the thoughts on order of play are below. We will be hosting them on Friday as well as the game and nonsense on the Saturday. We'd ask that all people make the effort to try and do both.

Friday 1st September
Flams host Glengorm at the Queen Charlotte Rooms for curry and a pint. Meet at QCRs 7pm. This is our chance to host them - bear in mind how good they have been to us over the years.

Saturday 2nd September
Meet at the Meadows at 11.45am for 12noon start sharp.

Format will be:
2 x T20 - Glengorm vs EFs
1 x T20 (or slight variation) Bounce Game - mixed sides

We will be looking at getting beers and selection of food (sandwiches etc). Sadly we are going to struggle to do a BBQ with logistics of playing at the Meadows.

We are going to charge £20/head to cover costs for the weekend. We need this in advance.

We will have Flams kit there but will need to lend them stuff too, so good to have some of your own kit around too.

Toilets are the current sticking point, which we are going to investigate.

We need to get an idea of numbers for both days. Please use the forum availability and what's app to confirm.
