Eccleshall RUFC have a tradition of celebrating league and cup wins by creating a commemorative tie. These ties will be limited edition and only available in the season following the promotion or cup win.

One of the main challenges is getting somebody to design it but this year we knew who we wanted and were very happy he accepted.

Sam Millward who this season will play in our Under 10s was earlier this year chosen ahead of over 4000 others to design the Blue Peter Team GB Sports Badge, so who better to design our Cup Winning tie.

The ties will be on sale at the beginning of October and we have them available in two styles (Traditional and Skinny). As we liked the design so much we have also decided to create a club bow tie as well.

The club would like to thank Sam for his design and again congratulate him being chosen by Blue Peter, if your rugby career doesn't happen, a career in design awaits we are sure !
