There are some specific tasks to be undertaken such as reports from and the election of Club Officers and the adoption of the accounts. There is also an opportunity to be updated on club activities, plans for the future and ask questions about all aspects of the club.

We have already received a number of nominations (listed below) however should any club members wish to stand for any of the "club officers " roles listed below or just the general committee they are of course free to do so.

We will also be confirming the appointments of Chair & Vice Chair of our Junior Section and 1XV & 2XV captains.

As we will not be taking nominations on the night, we would ask if any members would like to stand that they make themselves known to Club Chairman Tim West (westth@hotmail.com / 07768197043) or Club Secretary Mike Carr (1989mike.carr@gmail.com) by 1800 on June 14th.
