Eccleshill United travel to Ollerton Town this evening as the Eagles look to respond immediately following the weekend's frustrating draw to local rivals, Campion.
The draw felt more like a loss to the Eagles and left a bitter taste with everyone at the club, but assistant manager, Billy Swiatek insisted that one of the only positives from the draw was the fact that this game came around so quickly giving them the chance to, "turn things around very quickly."
Now it is up to the players to do is exactly that away at Ollerton. After once again having a 20 minute spell of dominance against Campion the Eagles will be aiming to sustain that level of ability like they were doing at the start of the season.
Ollerton have found life in the NCEL difficult since being promoted, currently sitting in the relegation zone they will be aiming to heap more misery onto Eccleshill with a victory that could see them escape the drop zone.
Both sides have already met this season when Ollerton arrived in Bradford with Eccleshill walking away 4-2 victors, but if the previous game is anything to go by then Ollerton will be set to make it hard work for Sean Regan's side.
Ollerton took a two goal lead when they visited the Mitton Group Stadium and the Eagles fought back to earn all three points with goals from Marcus Edwards, Luke Harrop, Anil Singh, and Alex Cusack.
With Edwards continuing his scoring form since then he will be aiming to find the back of the net once again to grant his side a well needed three points before Eccleshill's next away trip on the weekend.
