Eccleshill United make the short trip to Yorkshire Amateur tomorrow as they attempt to get their season back on track after a month to forget in September.
Managing only one victory during the month of September it is a crucial game as the Eagles look to get back to winning ways and rebuild the confidence within the squad. After a midweek away trip to newly promoted, Ollerton Town resulted in a 2-0 defeat the pressure will now be on the team and with following the brilliant start to the season that Sean Regan's side had the ability is certainly there.
Despite the poor performances in recent weeks, Eccleshill remain only four points away from the top of the league and just one victory could propel them back into the playoff positions that the club aims to be finishing the season in.
Last season Eccleshill and Yorkshire traded victories with each side picking up a win each with the Eagles dominating a 6-2 win during the sides last meeting and Regan will be hoping for a repeat of that.
With Sam Bradley now leading the side as captain and new signing Liam Hudson available for selection there is a real chance for a bright start to the month.
Yorkshire come into the game having beaten Ollerton 1-0 in their last outing and only suffered two defeats during the month of September meaning they will have momentum and belief behind them.
However, with a side full of experience and quality Eccleshill have the ability to start another impressive run of results, starting on Saturday.
