EISFC SPORT IN THE COMMUNITY PROGRAMME:
Safe Hands is a Goalkeeping Course which takes place every Friday evening at Jordanstown. The Course is run by Rodney Dalzell.
Areas covered are:
Fundamentals of shot stopping.
Goalkeeper specific warm up.
Positioning and distribution.
Dealing with crosses.
1v1's.
Conditioning.
Back pass.
Kicking.
Set pieces.
Confidence and Leadership.
