'Bridge Broncos

The Bridge Broncos will be a 1 hour session from 9.30 to 10.30 every Sunday at The Rec (we will not be travelling to away fixtures).

There will be a lot of fun exercises to develop ball skills and fitness and parents will be encouraged to join in.

This will be an ideal way to introduce children to the fantastic team sport that is rugby. The coaching will be led by Adrian Bennett who also coaches the U10’s and plays for the Seniors 2nd Team.

A number of coaches from the Mini’s will be working with Adrian and we will also involve some of the older minis players in assisting with skills so that they feel part of the Mini’s section – the respect for 10 year olds at this age is surprising as they look up at them in awe.

Subs are to be confirmed but are expected to be reduced from our usual rate and there will also be some kit included.
