Young Edwardian Of the Year 2010/11

This award represents all that encompasses being an Edwardian. The desire to learn the game and the selfishness to help others do the same. The support of individuals and teams outside of your own. A commitment to fund raising whether it be for touring or charitable organisations. A sense of fun and likeability, and above all a unquestioning attitude to accepting responsibility simply because it is the right thing to do.

Edwardian Juniors are currently blessed with many young men and ladies that fit this description, and this year as is tradition the award was presented by the Club President John Forster. In his presentation speech he reminded the assembled parents that an association with Edwardians has led him from being a player as a young man to President, built on those same qualities listed above.

The recipient of this award will no doubt carry all these qualities forward with him into adulthood and so the award was presented to LIAM STUDDARD.
