We played some superb rugby in the first half and were rewarded with a try from wing three quarter Nina Hoadley. Oakmeadians came back strongly and their fly half Claire Dorey kicked a penalty to reduce the deficit to 5-3 at half time.

The second half was highly competitive and it looked as if we were going to win a tight game, but the Oakmeadians wing three quarter scored a good try with the last play of the game to give them an 8-5 victory.

Our number 8 Ellis Collins (pictured) had an unbelievable tackle rate and was the player of the match.
