Congratulations to the England women's side that beat Canada on Sunday to win the Rugby World Cup.

It seems like no time at all since Alex Matthews was playing for London Irish and Kay Wilson was playing for Dorking against our girl's teams - and alongside many of them in the London & SE regional team - and it's great to see them reach their potential as world champions.
