All children and adults having organised activities arranged through Ely RUFC should be treated equally whatever their class, colour, creed, gender or ability,

- be coached in a safe environment
- not be abused physically, emotionally, verbally or sexually
- gain maximum benefits through being coached by adults with a commitment to ongoing training to ensure safe and correct practices in line with RFU philosophy.
- all children having organised activities arranged through Ely RUFC should be supervised both on and off the field.
