If you are a paid-up playing member of Ely Rugby Club we value your services as a player and realise that recovery from injury is directly related to the speed at which you get to physiotherapy after being injured.
Often players delay treatment because of the costs involved and jeopardise their recovery. Ely Rugby Club will pay for your first and usually the most expensive session of any such treatment. From the season 2001/2002 this scheme has been extended to a second visit up to a maximum of £20.
For the coming season 2009/10, the club will pay for paramedics to attend all senior, youth and mini home matches to deal expertly with any injuries, where they are available. If not then we will use our own First Aid qualified members.
