Simon Cross, store manager at Sainsburys in Kings Lynn found a novel way to beat the queues at the petrol pumps and raise some money.
For Sports Relief, Simon walked to work from Little Downham to Kings Lynn. The feat took him 10 hours and then he decided, presumably because he wasn't tired enough, to row 'home' on a rowing machine. A distance of 34 miles.
Well done to Simon and all his supporters.
Please bear with him on Sunday if he is a little slow around the club.
More details are in the local press.
