Enderby 1st and 2nds finally got their season underway and both teams registered comfortable wins.
1st team
Willet(83) and skipper Coulson(60) put on over 150 for the opening partnership with useful contributions down the order from Coughlin(40*) and Shipley(37*) as they racked up 264-3 from their 45 overs.
Good work from openers Conway and Daly put Kegworth on the back foot straight away. Wickets for Jonstone(5), Haden(3) and Mackey(2)finished them off with Kegworth finishing on 106 all out
2nd Team
Debutant Andy Morris was agonisingly 99 not out as the 2nds closed their innings on 173-8 on a damp but drying pitch.
Skipper Andy Moore had career best figures of 6-27 with Ryan Harrison picking up the remaining with figures of 4-37 as the 2nds also had a comfortable win.
Both teams will hope to pick up where they left off next week with high hopes for promotion for both teams.
