Worcester Park beat Epsom & Ewell 4-1 (1-0 h/t) in the 2nd round of the League Cup and will play away to Banstead Athletic in the 3rd Round. Good to see some Epsom & Ewell supporters behind the goal and even a bit (I say a bit) of singing. Would be good to see Epsom & Ewell FC back in the borough of E & E soon though. Any news of what is happening (Hook Arena, Horton etc)? [Post Edited Saturday 07th of January 2012 04:14 PM] |

Hi Gary Yes we were well supported yesterday and it would be great to get back in the Borough. Talks are ongoing and I am very confident that we will finally be removed from our current state of limbo later this year. However, whether that news will be good or bad, regrettably I don't know. Sorry to be fairly vague at this point but more news will follow within the next six to nine months that will define the club's future, or more relevantly, whether we have one. |

The Reserves have a match at Walton & Hersham tomorrow. We had a postponement or two just before Christmas and then fixtures were rearranged in January. There are a full set of fixtures in February. We are at home to Horley on 6th Feb, away to Molesey on 18th Feb and home to Oakwood on 20th Feb. |
