1. Club Code of Conduct


Ercall Colts Junior Football Club take the issue of sporting behaviour very seriously.
To this end all Managers, Players and Supporters are required to sign a Code of Conduct form prior to each season to acknowledge their responsibilities to:

- Each other
- Opposing teams and their supporters
- Match officials
- The game of football in general.

The Ercall Colts Junior Football Club Code of Conduct includes the following points;

1 Managers are aware of the standards of behaviour expected from; Managers, Coaches, Players and Parents and shall take steps to ensure that all of the above mentioned adhere to those standards.

2 FOUL or ABUSIVE language will NOT be tolerated. The Manager will warn any individual associated with Ercall Colts as a first step. If repeated it will be reported to the Ercall Colts Committee (ECC) at the next monthly meeting and individuals may be requested to refrain from training/matches.

3 THREATENING BEHAVIOUR towards any other individual will NOT be tolerated. Any incidence will be reported to the ECC and may result in expulsion from the club.

4 Comments of a RACIST nature will NOT be tolerated. Any incidence will be reported to the ECC and may result in expulsion from the club.

5 Officials (Referees and Assistants) should not be harassed or be the victim of dissent or abuse. The Manager will warn any individual associated with Ercall Colts as a first step. If repeated it will be reported to the ECC at the next monthly meeting and individuals may be requested to refrain from training/matches.

6 Any kit or equipment provided by the club to players is to be kept clean and presentable. Such kit or equipment is only to be used for training and/or at matches. Kit and equipment remains the property of Ercall Colts and is to be returned to the club (via the manager) at the end of each season or at de-registration.
