The Buildbase FA Vase First Round Proper
Broad fields Utd 2 London Bari 1

Bari crashed out of the Vase for this season after a 2-1 loss at Broadfields United. Rex Kimona netted the opener for the hosts and although the ESL visitors levelled they saw Marley Anderson-Richards net the hosts winner to send them through.

Crawley Green 1 Basildon United 2
The Bees netted in each half to see off Crawley Green to progress through to the next round of the Vase. Nathan Dewberry netted a fantastic strike after just six minutes to put the visitors in front and saw Hamid Zamani net the Bees second on 63 minutes to win the game for the ESL outfit.

Gorleston 2 Barking 0
Goals from Joel Watts on 45 minutes and Connor Ingram on 68 minutes gave Norfolk side Gorleston victory over runaway ESL leaders Barking to progress in the Vase. It was a disappointing second half from the Blues, who paid for missed first half chances, to exit this season's FA Vase.

Sporting Bengal United 0 Southall 3
Bengal are out of the Vase after a home defeat to Southall. It was a bad day at the office for the hosts, who created chances but could not take theirs but saw the visitors take their ones which ultimately proved the difference on the day.

St Margaretsbury 3 Ilford 2
Ilford lost 3-2 in the FA Vase today at St Margaretsbury in what was a very disappointing performance from the ESL side, particularly in the 1st half. Goals from Clay, Haag and Wade had the hosts three goals to the good and although the visitors responded with goals from Chris Stevens & Paul Clayton it wasn't enough & the Foxes deservedly fell to defeat and crashed out of the Vase in the process.

Waltham Forest 1 Rothwell Corinthians 2
Forest squandered a first half lead to fall to defeat and go out of the Vase at home to Rothwell Corinthians. Forest took the lead when Douglas lifted one in to Moses who waltzes through and fired home but the visitors then won a penalty and saw them send Madden the wrong way for the equaliser. Forest had the chance to retake the lead from the spot when Hammond beat his man and was then cut down inside the box, but Hammond's pen was saved and it remained 1-1. The visitors were then awarded their second penalty of the game after Fowler handled in the box, and Corinthians converted to lead 2-1. Forest saw two efforts blocked on the line and another effort clipped over from a yard as they desperately searched for a leveller but it was the visitors who prevailed in the end.

Premier Division
Hullbridge Sports 0 FC Romania 6

FCR are up to eighth after hitting second placed hosts Hullbridge Sports for six at Lower Road. Clement Palimaru scores for FC Romania with four minutes on the clock before an own goal on six minutes and a Gabriel Marin on ten minutes had the visitors 3-0 ahead. Ionut Danila then pounced on some sloppy Hullbridge defending to make it four a minute before the break and then more sloppiness from Bridge saw Andrei Pavel make it five with twenty minutes to go. Ionut Danila made it six with nine minutes left and it could have been seven late on when after Sam Taylor was shown a straight red for hand balling on the goal line, Charlie Aldis saved Femi Akintunde's penalty however the game was well and truly over by then in any case as the visitors took a stunning win.

Sawbridgeworth Town 0 West Essex 2
West Essex got their first win since August after a fabulous win against Sawbridgeworth Town at Crofters. The visitors had the more clear cut chances in a goal less first half although the host had a few opportunities of their own. But it was the visitors who took the lead through Mignot before a brilliant second from the Mayesbrook Park outfit settled this one and gave them a very welcome win indeed after a difficult few weeks.

Southend Manor 2 Enfield 1893 0
Manor are up to fifth after beating Enfield 1893 at the Southchurch Arena, with the goals coming from Callum Ibe in either half, the 2nd coming from the spot, as the hosts got back to winning ways after failing to win their last two. Enfield slide to fourth bottom following this latest setback.

Takeley 0 Stansted 1
Stansted won a hotly contested derby against Takeley at Station Road to lift themselves into ninth in the table. The hosts came closest to breaking the deadlock in a goalless first period when hitting the bar, but it was the visitors who got their noses in front early in the second half. Matt Gill was then sent off for the away side but the Hargrave Park side kept their shape and battled throughout for a deserved victory.

Reserves Division
AFC Sudbury 1 Sawbridgeworth Town 6
Barkingside 2 Bishop's Stortford 1
Hullbridge Sports 5 Barking 0
Redbridge 2 Thurrock 4
Stansted 2 Heybridge Swifts 4
In the Reserves Division Thurrock made it six wins from seven after a 4-2 win at Redbridge to maintain their four point lead at the top whilst Sawbridgeworth Town hit six at struggling AFC Sudbury to remain fourth. Heybridge Swifts remain second after a 4-2 win at Stansted whilst Barkingside are third after victory over Bishop's Stortford. And finally Hullbridge Sports thrashed Barking 5-0 at Lower Road to go sixth.
