Tower Hamlets FC are delighted to announce that we will be playing host to Ryman Premier Division side East Thurrock United, in a pre-season friendly, this Saturday 2nd August.

The Rocks are managed by their long-serving manager John Coventry, and they finished 20th in the Ryman Premier Division last season. This will be a great test for our team as we prepare for the new season, which starts on 9th August.

The fixture is scheduled to take place this Saturday at Mabley Green 3G, Lee Conservancy Road, Hackney, E9 5RN. Kick off is at 1:00pm

We would like to thank East Thurrock United for the friendly and we look forward to welcoming their players, officials and supporters.

In addition, to the East Thurrock friendly the club can announce that we will be making the trip to Cheshunt FC next Saturday 2nd August for a pre-season friendly

The Ambers, who finished 15th in the Ryman Division 1 North last season, are managed by former Arsenal player Omer Riza, and will provide a good test for our team as we prepare for the new Essex Senior League campaign.

The game will take place next Saturday 2nd August kick off 3:00pm at Cheshunt FC, Cheshunt Stadium, Theobalds Lane, Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, EN8 8RU.

The ground is easily accessible from the A10, and by train from Liverpool Street/Bethnal Green/Hackney, get a Cheshunt service and leave the train at Theobalds Grove. Come out of the station and do a left onto Theobalds Lane, the ground is a 5minute walk on your right.
