BT League 2 business returns this weekend with a road trip to Greenock Wanderers.

The game versus Stirling was always going to be a David v Goliath battle. Stirling are consistently a top half of premier 1 team and they showed us where we need to be if we want to reach that level as a club.

There were some very encouraging passages of play but in the end the experience of Stirling began to tell.

With a week off, the boys are refreshed and looking forward to resuming league duty. Training has been sharp and a number of our injured players are now returning to fitness, albeit short of full match fitness. Selection will be difficult this week, however what a
great position to be in from a coaching point of view.

Greenock Wanderers are always a tough club to play against, proving to be very determined and skilful team each year. Fort Matilda is always a hard place to get a result and this weekend will be the same. The boys are looking forward to getting the league
campaign back on track and have a number of wrongs to right this weekend as our performance against Aberdeenshire fell way short of what we expect.

It would be great to see as many Falkirk fans down with us as possible. The boys do notice and it is always greatly appreciated.
