“Thanks to Charlie”
The club wishes to thank Paul Charlson for his kind support for donating a new washing machine and tumble drier to the Club.
The washing machine and tumble drier will be located in the Physio room and will be available for all age groups to use for washing and drying kit.
Paul 'Charlie' Charlson has been involved with the club for more years than he would probably care for us to remind him of.
Charlie's son, Owen, ( see picture) also plays Senior Rugby for the club having represented the 1st XV on several occasions.
Charlie's youngest, Liam also plays Rugby and currently represents Gosport & Fareham, playing in the Junior section.
Liam can be seen at Cams on Saturday's running the line for 1st XV and 2nd XV home fixtures.
Charlie hopes his body hangs on long enough so one day he can run (maybe jog/walk) out one day and play in a game with both his sons.
The club would like to extend a 'massive thanks' to Charlie for his kind donation.
This will allow the club to be a little more self sufficient and help reduce the costs incurred for washing kit, something that John Cole has also been helping with since the beginning of this season.
