Academy Centre Back Karl Exton has signed up for the Sports Science course at Leeds City College. Second year player Karl studied A Levels last season but has now changed to the Sports Science course which will enable him to be with the Academy for a further two seasons. Academy Manager Mark Jackson said ' this is fantastic news for the College and club as Karl is a very influential player for the team. He has developed as a player in his first season and I fully expect him to push on in the coming years'
Karl has spent pre season training with the senior team and this has followed on from last season where he made his first team debut in the friendly game against the Army representative team.
