Departing Centre Half thanks the club and fans

Paddy Miller has moved on to pastures new with Bradford Park Avenue in the Conference North. Paddy was keen to thank Farsley and the clubs supporters for his stay with the club.

'I have nothing but positive things to say about the club, from the day I met the management and signed I knew what a well organised, professional and enjoyable environment it would be for me to play my football at'.

'Everyone at the club made me feel very welcome from day one. It was disappointing the way the season finished regarding missing out on the play offs, but there are a lot of positives to take from the season for the club. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone associated with Farsley for all the hard work which they put in last season, and a massive thank you to all the supporters who voted for myself for the 'supporters player of the year award' it means a lot and it is something which I am very proud of'.

'Without a doubt, with the hard work the board put in, the quality of the management and the lads they have in the dressing room there is no reason why Farsley cannot go one better this season. I know how hard Neil and Mark will have worked during the summer to ensure this is a positive season for the club'.

'The main objective for us at Bradford is to reach the play offs, the club have had good recruitment during the summer and hopefully it can be a successful one for both the club and myself individually. It was a very hard decision to leave Farsley as I had really enjoyed my time at the here but as I am now 24 I thought it was time to test myself in the Conference North. I am confident in my ability to make the step up, especially within the role as a Centre half where Mark Jackson had taught me so much last season and I thank him for that'.

'I just want to say a massive good luck to everyone at Farsley for the upcoming season and I will see everyone at some games throughout the year. All the best. Paddy'.
