MP Helen Whately will open the new building at Faversham Town FC's first Festival of Football on Sunday 7 May.
Each of the club's youth section teams - including Faversham Town's new disabled side - have been invited to play a friendly on the pitch in matches running throughout the day.
Manager Ray Turner and first team players will be there to referee and meet the youngsters, some of whom may one day follow them into the senior side.
There will also be a bouncy castle and speed gun cage where players of all ages can measure the power of their shots.
The first festival game starts at 9.30am, with the ribbon-cutting ceremony starting at noon and matches going on into the evening.
The clubhouse will be open from late morning for drinks, with the tea bar serving food throughout the day.
Gillingham's first team will christen the away dressing room when they play the Lilywhites in the first official match using the facilities on Tuesday 11 July.
Steve Hall said: "The new dressing rooms and facilities look magnificent and mark the start of a new phase in the club's history."
