RAY Turner has told how his team were disappointed to only pick up a point after dominating the Boxing Day derby against Sittingbourne.

We've just got to stay together and stay positive.
- Ray Turner, Manager
And he insisted he would help the squad "tough it out" as they look to turn around a period of disappointing results.
The Lilywhites took the lead against local rivals Sittingbourne shortly after the break when ex-Brickie Ryan Cooper headed home.
But the visitors snatched a point when Town were unable to clear a free-kick and Anthony O'Connor turned the ball in from close range with 15 minutes to go.
Speaking in a View From The Dugout post-match video, Ray said: "From a winning position you look at it as two points lost.
"We scored at a good time, we had a good start to the second half, we looked like we were on the ascendancy, we had a good spell just after we scored as well.
"They are crucial periods - do you get the second goal or does it become a bit edgy - and in the run we're in at the moment it's difficult getting over the winning line.
"Over all, I think probably the boys are disappointed they dropped two points.
"We've just got to stay together and stay positive.
"You could see the potential for the second goal. Had that gone in, then it would have been a comfortable afternoon for us. We don't offer up too many chances but right now teams are being quite ruthless against us."
Ray backed the squad to return to winning ways
He added: "They've just got to know that I'm with them all the way, 100 per cent. I'll support the players. I'm not a manager who breaks up a side, generally, mid-season. We've had enforced changes.
"I just be there for them and make sure we stay strong and just tough out this period."
