We have booked a stand at this years Armed Forces day in order to recruit players for juniors and seniors. This will be run in conjunction with the Natwest Rugby Force day
Natwest Rugby day we would like to do the following

1) clear out all the containers
2) make an inventory check of all serviceable equipment
3) dispose of any un serviceable equipment
4) Check all playing shirts for all the teams( juniors and seniors)
5) Maybe sort out the carpark if council supply the materials. I have already requested this from them.
6) Depending on where we are at with the flood lights we may have some additional work to perform in relation to this
7) Possible electrical hook up to the containers with light installation and power to the welfare unit

If you have any other suggestions please let me know.
I also suggest we have a BBQ and a couple of games of touch once complete. Both these events will be run at the same time so we can utilise man power for both events. We need volunteers to help make this day a success for both these events, so please support your club.
