Whilst all this is going, our very own strength and conditioning coach extraordinaire, Jonathan Pain, is doing the Knights of Sufferlandia charity event, to raise funds for Oxfam and Puppies Behind Bars, https://www.facebook.com/events/478875378970617/

This event will consist of 10 hours of cycling workouts across 150 miles of simulated sprints, hill climbs, and time trials.

This will be no easy task so please come along and show JP your support, and have a pint or few whilst you're there.

There will be a collection box in the clubhouse should you wish to make a donation.
