Even after a tough game last weekend against Rugby Lions RFC, spirits were high in the Five Ways camp at training on Tuesday and the intensity of the session was admirable. This also made selection for this weeks cup game against Telford Hornets RFC at home extremely difficult.

The pack that performed so well against Rugby Lions last week is mainly unchanged for this fixture apart from the inclusion of Scott Pickavance at No.8. Also, Jess Banner returns to the centre after missing the start of the season through injury. A strong squad which will be eager to get back to winning ways this week.
