With the new season now upon us, Flint Mountain are pleased to announce that they have further strengthened their squad with the signings of Sean Wilkes and Marc Gunther.

Striker Sean Wilkes re-joins Flint Mountain after spending a season at Halkyn United. Wilkes bagged an impressive 24 goals in all competitions last season and the club is delighted to welcome Sean back to the club.

Fellow striker Marc Gunther makes the move from Flint Town United Reserves. Gunther was a part of the reserves side that achieved a league and cup double last season in the Reserves and Colts Division.

Flint Mountain manager Rob Marshall said this on the signings: "I’m delighted with the signing of these two lads, whom I know really well. I know they both had other offers, so I’m over the moon they have agreed to sign for us. Everyone knows the pair of them and what they will bring; goals. They are going to add a bit more fire power and bags of experience, which will be vital this season"
