Aron has signed from The New Saints, where he had spent two years on their scholarship system before signing a pro deal last season. During this time, he spent six months out on loan to Caersws, and Flint fans may recall his excellent display for them in our 2-0 away defeat.
The 19 year old came through the ranks as an Academy player at Wrexham, and has also featured in the Wales U18 Academy select squad.
Aron is a direct attacking midfield player, who can operate centrally or as a winger. He is a very tricky player when on the ball and running at the opposition , possesses great technical ability and has a good eye for goal.
Flint manager Niall McGuinness admits he rates Aron highly , and added he's another player whose progress he has closely followed over the years. He said "Each time I've come across him playing within his own age grouping he has been a stand out performer. I'm hoping that with the right coaching, I can help build his confidence and educate him, so he can really establish himself as a top player in the senior game. I know he has the ability and the potential to be very successful, so it's just a matter of unlocking it. I'm sure he will prove to be another very successful addition to our dressing room, as he exactly fits the criteria of player we want."
Aron expressed his delight at joining Flint and said he was keen to being a part of the club and helping it achieve its ambitions.
Aron goes straight into the squad for tomorrow's season opener at home to Holyhead Hotspur (kick off 2-30pm).
