He tells us why he decided to make the move, and what he hopes to bring to the team :
"I signed for Flint, because, after having chats with Niall, Aden and Johnny, I felt that the clubs' ambitions matched my own. I’ve watched the team a few times last season and they were a very well organised side who like to get the ball down and play. They all work hard for each other and there was a great team ethic. It really fits with my style of play. Plus Flint are a big club with very good fans. I feel it's important that a club has a good set of fans who will stick with the lads right the way through the season.
I need to work hard in pre season and get my place in the team and then hopefully score lots of goals to help the team push for promotion and get the club where it belongs, in the WPL. I’m looking forward to working under the management staff and with the players, I can’t wait to get started."
Manager Niall McGuinness had this to say about his latest addition. "I’ve watched and played with Jack over the years and one thing he has always done is scored goals, at whatever level he’s played at. In very limited appearances last season, he finished joint top goalscorer for Prestatyn, with four goals. The season prior to that, in their Cymru Alliance winning team, he signed for them late on in the season, not long after Christmas following his return from America, and went on to score 16 goals in 6 games, which was a record in itself.
I'm absolutely delighted that Jack joins us and the coaching staff and myself are looking forward to working with him, and helping him develop further"
